Power Plant
This power plant is operated and maintained by our expert engineers and technicians. This plant is an independent back up power supply connected to Makkah Haram network. In the event of power system failure, the Kudai power plant will supply 40,000 KVA. The plant can auto start on command from a switching station at the main system. This is yet another back up system which can supply power in case of main system failure.

Chilled Water Plant
Our responsibility includes the O & M of 15,000 tons chilled water plant in Phase 1. Which provides cooled air to Makkah Haram New Extension.

Zam zam Holy Water Well
Our hydrologists and technicians oversee the operation and maintenance of the Zam Zam Well which supplies holy water to the Holy Haram. The system consists of boosting pumps, a bypass to a reservoir, pressure controllers, submersible pumps, storage tanks, filters and sterilizing units. Throughout the year Millions of worshippers make use of this cooled water supply for drinking. Zam Zam water is essential to worshippers and our maintenance team sees to it that it is always provided.
