Planning & Scheduling
SBGOM division has rigorous Project Planning & Computerized Scheduling System that has been set up to compare - at regular intervals - budgeted resources against actual commitments.

Technical Support , Technical Assessment
Various facilities systems are periodically assessed for the quality technical performance and proper operation. Technical support and preventive action follows.

Maintenance Management System
Current preventive maintenance procedures are reviewed and evaluated and the standards required by the client are determined, incorporated and computerized gradually site by site.

Training, Orientation & Saudization
SBGOM considers it vital to provide an orientation program to its new employees from 30 different nationalities, to help them improve their job performance. This includes management training, on the job training, class room training, safety, loss prevention and quality assurance orientation and upgrading of personnel. We conduct a Saudization plan which includes summer training for Saudi graduates of technical schools and universities in coordination with government institutions.

Quality Assurance & Quality Control
QA/QC procedures are examined and combined into an effective program. An assessment of quality assurance standards is made using O&M proven standards as well as international standards, ISO 9002.

Mobilization Strategy
Before a new project is started, the management meets with the client's representative to workout a mobilization plan of company resources such as manpower, equipment, materials, etc., after which a plan is developed, and all necessary company resources are used toward a successful implementation.

Manpower
SBGOM workforce has grown exceptionally fast. This growth reflects not only the expansion of our business, but also the increasing importance placed on preventive maintenance works in the Kingdom. Over the next few years we expect this growth to continue particularly in the number of Saudi Nationals. "In addition to 16 professional Department Managers, we have 90 mechanical engineers, 81 electrical engineers, 47 electronic engineers, 31 civil engineers, 22 landscaping engineers and 28 marine engineers supported by highly skilled technicians in all trades."

With the help of our Procurement Department staffed with 35 professionals, all local and foreign purchases are computerized according to our needs and priority order.
