System
• In 1992 SBG O&M Management planned to involve
in preparation to implement the Quality Management System to organize
work procedures.
• The journey to reach certification of ISO 9000 followed several
steps where a number of senior staff were sent abroad to attend seminars
on Quality Management Systems.
• This was followed by the establishment of a quality department
in 1996 that has formalized all work procedures into quality manuals.
• Lloyd’s Quality Assurance certified SBG O&M quality
management system to ISO 9002 in February 1998
• SBG O&M Management has committed this company to provide
the adequate and necessary resources to implement the Quality Management
System and to involve the employees at all levels in the continual
improvement of services and clients satisfaction.
Maintenance Operation
Based on the terms of the contracts signed by SBGOM the Operation
management develops services covering preventive and corrective maintenance
as well as quality assurance for all labors, equipments, and parts
used during the contracts terms. The project management prepares Maintenance
Management System covering company’s mandates.
SBGOM has different projects and services that are scattered all over
the Kingdom. For each project or service, there is a complete and
integrated maintenance family that deals with most of maintenance
work and activities.
These families are:
• The Haramain & Mosques;
• The Seaports & Airports;
• The Palaces & Residential;
• The Utilities & Industrial Plants;
• The Horticulture Team;
• The Roving Maintenance Team.
