prime responsibility lies in their capacity to respond to clients
needs quickly and efficiently especially during the handover and takeover
period of new projects. Their resources include regional offices,
trained manpower, highly sophisticated equipments, tools, mobile workshops,
power machineries, consumables, materials and spare parts to carry
out sizable mobilization plans.
In addition, SBGOM is engaged in a large number of
operation and maintenance technical activities which include but not
limited to the followings:
HVAC
Plants & Systems
• 300 units in centrifugal and reciprocating chillers
ranging between 50-3,400 tons per unit with a total capacity of 200,000
tons of refrigeration.
• 100,000/ea. (split and window) type/units having total capacity
of 200,000 tons of refrigeration.
• Central Large Centrifugal Chilled Water Plants (Cap. 20,000
tons).
• Central Large Chilled Reciprocating Water Plants (CAP. 15,000
tons).
• Servicing and installation of air-conditioning and refrigeration
systems serving large power/industrial plants.
Power Generation
• 34 power stations having each 193 generators and produce 180,000
KVA prime and emergency power.
Water Management
• 11 desalination plants w/cap. Of one million gallons/day.
• 100 ea. water treatment plants w/total cap. Of ten million
gallons/day of drinking water.
• 3,000 ea. water pumps with total output of 100,000 gal/min.
• 10 ea. sewage treatment plants with output of approximately
3,000 gal/day.
Landscaping
& Irrigation

More than 75 projects, covering about 1 million square meters of landscaped
area.
18 nurseries spread all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia including
a 23,000 M2 central nursery in Jeddah.
KLCR (Kitchen, Laundry & Cold Rooms)
10,000 pieces of KLCR equipments having a total output of about 750,000
KW.
General
Services
Maintenance and cleaning area in excess of two million square meters
situated mainly in Haramain, palaces, airports, commercial and residential
buildings facilities.
