Partial opening of the Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment Complex

With God Blessing, Saudi Services Operation & Maintenance works at the Development of King Abdul Aziz Endowment "DoKAAE" complex in Makkah were initiated in the month of Ramadan of this year.

Several months prior to the Holy Month of Ramadan, Saudi Services Co. Ltd. started mobilizing and building-up Manpower in the project to become presently a work force consisting of around 600 Technicians and Laborers. Saudi Services task being to cover the Operation & Maintenance of the handed-over sections and areas of the Tower (D) Zamzam, and Tower (B) Marwa in addition to the commercial and residential sections of the Podium. It is projected that the total work force will be ten folds the present number and can reach six thousand persons once the entire complex will be handed over.

The project consists of seven high rise Towers and a Podium (Commercial and Residential) and is located within a short distance of the Ka'ba area over looking directly the Haram. Saudi Services initial scope of work covers mainly the following tasks:
• To coordinate with the on-going construction Contractors and the Consultant on site while undertaking their services.
• Operation & Maintenance services in the fields of: Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics (Fire alarms systems and Building Management Systems), and Civil covering all the common and Public areas including the chiller and Power Plants and their related networks.
• Operation & Maintenance services of the Elevators and Escalators.
• Safety and Security services.
• Fire Fighting and Evacuation services.
• Cleaning services of the common areas.
• Garbage and refuse collections & disposal from various collection points and garbage chute rooms to the Municipality allocated dump area.
